Questions, corrections, and tool suggestions are all welcome.

A dedicated support inbox for ThumbnailPro is being provisioned, and the address will be published on this page as soon as it is live. Corrections found through the review process described on the methodology page continue to be applied to every tool in the meantime.

Reporting a tool problem

To help us reproduce and fix a suspected problem quickly, please include:

  • The tool you were using (for example, "YouTube Thumbnail Downloader")
  • The exact input — the video URL you pasted, or the dimensions of the image you uploaded (we never need the image itself)
  • What you saw and what you expected
  • Your browser, if the problem looks like a display issue

Confirmed issues are corrected in the underlying logic and covered by a new automated test so they cannot recur silently. See our methodology page for how ThumbnailPro tools are built and verified.

Takedown and rights questions

ThumbnailPro does not host any thumbnails — the downloader links your browser directly to images YouTube already serves publicly, and images you upload to the tester never leave your device. Rights questions about a specific thumbnail belong with the video's creator or with YouTube. If you believe one of this site's own pages misuses your work, contact us using the details above.

What we cannot help with

ThumbnailPro cannot recover deleted videos or thumbnails, cannot provide thumbnails YouTube never generated, and does not provide legal advice about how you may use someone else's artwork. For consequential rights questions, consult a qualified professional.
